If the package was marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, but the recipient reports they have yet to receive it, we are unable to intervene as this is between the carrier and the recipient. While we are unable to call the carrier on your behalf, we can still provide a suggestion to best assist you.
If you wish to further locate this particular package, we encourage you to speak with the carrier and get details on how/ when/ where your item was delivered. There may be cases where the delivery was made, but the package was left in an unexpected location at the address provided. You have the right to reach out to the carrier and inquire if any additional details were left by the delivery person. For example: “Left under the table on the back porch.”
Simble cannot cover the cost of reshipping or refunding the order if the carrier states that it has been already delivered. Our distribution center is not yet able to assist with filing claims with shipping carriers, but they hope to do so in the future!
