What if the recipient address was wrong?

If the recipient address was wrong, the individual making the order would be held responsible. In this situation, the package would usually be sent back to the return address. In which case, we may be able to assist if you could provide our customer support team with the updated correct shipping address and we will pass it to our fulfillment team accordingly.

IMPORTANT: if the package was not returned to sender, our fulfillment team will be unable to reship your order. The individual responsible for entering the wrong address would then process a new order to replace the original order. Due to this issue, it is VERY Important that you provide us with the correct address in the first place to ensure a smooth and proper process.
