How can I track my order?

You will receive a confirmation e-mail once your order is ready to go and our Distribution Center hands it over to the shipping carriers. This confirmation e-mail contains a tracking number which you can click to see the latest updates on the location of your shipment via our tracking page.

When an order has been given to the shipping carrier, updates on its status will depend on their tracking services. If you encounter any issues at all, you can contact us at customerexperience@simble.ca, and we’ll do our best to help you.
